  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated
  • Prices may change prior to purchase
  • Payment is required at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed
  1. NDIS and My Aged Care Purchases

If purchasing under NDIS or My Aged Care:

  • You confirm purchases comply with your plan
  • We may invoice your plan manager or provider
  • You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts

We do not provide plan management services unless expressly agreed.

  1. Delivery and Risk
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery
  • Title passes upon full payment
  1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • Replacement or refund for major failure
  • Compensation for foreseeable loss
  • Repair or replacement for minor failure
  1. Change of Mind Returns (in addition to ACL rights)

We may offer returns for change of mind where:

  • Returned within 7 days
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase provided

Exclusions:

  • Hygiene/personal use items
  • Consumables
  • Custom/special orders

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer warranties apply in addition to your statutory rights.

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to:

  • Replacement
  • Refund

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss where permitted by law.
