Combined Dispensaries Friendly Society Limited (ABN 38 087 822 151) of 15/380 Pennant Hills Road, Pennants Hills, 2120 trades as Friendly Pharmacy and Friendly Mobility. It provides members, customers, and suppliers with access to their website for the purpose of general information, booking health services and providing a point of contact. By accessing our website, you accept these terms and conditions. Use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. USE OF WEBSITE
    You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Friendly Mobility or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any of the content on this website without the prior written consent of Friendly Mobility.

    This website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Friendly Mobility makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, content, materials, or products included on this website.     Friendly Mobility reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms and conditions.
  7. GOVERNING LAW
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Terms and Conditions of Membership

In the event of a customer electing to become a financial member of Combined Dispensaries Friendly Society Limited the following terms and conditions of membership apply:

  1.  These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Combined Dispensaries’ constitution, your application form and any other brochures or documents provided to you at the time of joining or at any time thereafter by Friendly Pharmacy or Friendly Mobility.
  2. These terms and conditions may be changed or varied at any time without prior notice by Friendly Pharmacy or Friendly Mobility.
  3. Combined Dispensaries Friendly Society Ltd is a company limited by shares and guarantee. By becoming a member of Friendly Pharmacy or Friendly Mobility you therefore agree to provide a guarantee of $1.00 in the event that the company is wound up.
  4. A member card is valid only after it is signed by the authorised holder of the card. Signature of a card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  5. A single member card is not transferable and is for the personal use of the member named on the card only. In the case of a family membership, the member card is for the use of the person named on the card, plus any valid dependants.
  6. Member discounts can only be claimed on presentation of a valid Friendly Pharmacy member card, which is to be scanned at the time of purchase. Retrospective discounts will not be granted. If the card is lost or stolen, a replacement card will be provided for your continued use.
  7. A member card can only be used by you for so long as you remain a financial member. Obtaining or attempting to obtain entitlements after ceasing to be a financial member is a serious breach of the terms and conditions.
  8. The member card remains the property of Friendly Pharmacy and Friendly Mobility and must be returned if the membership ceases, or on request. You remain responsible for your member card and you must report its loss immediately should it be misplaced or stolen. Should your address, phone number or other details change, please notify Friendly Pharmacy or Friendly Mobility immediately.
  9. Members are entitled to cancel their membership at any time by request in writing, returning all associated cards. However, no refund of contribution rates paid in advance will be given.
  10. Membership fees and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. However, any increase in fees will only apply to future membership fees.
  11. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions may lead to expulsion from Friendly Pharmacy and Friendly Mobility, or other action being taken by Friendly Pharmacy and Friendly Mobility against you.

Friendly Mobility Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Friendly Pharmacy and Friendly Mobility will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
  • You produce your original Friendly Pharmacy or Friendly Mobility register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;
  • The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including
  • It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories;
  • It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition
  • The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).

If these requirements are not satisfied Friendly Pharmacy and Friendly Mobility reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

Friendly Pharmacy and Friendly Mobility will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  • Medicines (prescribed or over the counter)
  • Baby formula
  • Fragrances
  • Vitamin supplements
  • Consumable products
  • Mobility items specially ordered in for a customers specific needs
